At KLOS Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your instrument, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your guitar in its original protective case and shipping box, ensuring all accessories and documentation are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect the instrument to ensure it is in original condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
